Why UniqIron is starting with games first
UniqIron isn't a games studio, exactly — the plan has always been four lanes: games, an AI video maker, dramas, and — soon — podcasts. "Play. Create. Watch. Listen." But every one of those has to start somewhere, and we started with games. Here's why, and what's coming after.
Games first, on purpose
Games are the fastest lane to build, test, and actually ship — no accounts, no content pipeline, no dependence on a third-party AI model behaving the way you expect. That made them the right first release: a real, working product while the other three lanes are still taking shape behind the scenes.
Our first app is a shelf of thirteen puzzle and board games — Chess, Checkers, Sudoku, Math Brain, Block Fit, Water Sort, Number Merge, One Line, Word Search, Shape Match, Jigsaw Puzzle, Solitaire, and Ludo — rather than one big game. Most days, people don't want a 40-hour commitment; they want something to fill three minutes in a waiting room. A shelf of small, well-made puzzles fits that better than any single game could.
What ties it together
Every game earns XP and coins toward the same account, and the harder titles — Chess, Checkers, Sudoku, Math Brain — share one difficulty ladder: eight cohorts, seven wins each to climb. Getting good at Checkers feels like it belongs to the same world as getting good at Sudoku.
What's next
Zeera Video Maker is next up in active development, with Zeera Drama and a podcasts app following. We'll post here as each one takes real shape rather than teasing too early — for now, their pages mark them "in development" so you can see the roadmap honestly.
If there's a game, feature, or app category you'd like to see prioritized, the feedback board is open.
